NET ZERO VIP EVENT - STELLAR LINEUP

One Sky Homes was honored with quite the stellar lineup this past weekend at our celebration event.  From left to right, we had the pleasure of hosting Mike Kernagis, co-founder of the Passive House Institute US, Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren, Assemblyman Jim Beall, Councilmember Pierluigi Oliverio, Adam Gottlieb from the California Energy Commission and Mike Gestwick from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.  Allen was presented with an official Declaration for achieving the first certified Net Zero home in California by Adam Gottlieb, the official HERS-1 rating certificate by George Nesbitt and the PHIUS+ certification and plaque by Mike Kernagis.  What a morning!
